Earlier in her career, she identified the necessity for efficient, reliable, and data-driven approaches to underground infrastructure management, leading her to co-found a company that pioneered CCTV inspection software in the US.

Under her guidance, ITpipes has emerged as the SaaS market leader, offering cutting-edge inspection and data solutions to a diverse clientele, including municipalities, utilities, and engineering firms. ITpipes has established elite-level partnerships with ESRI and major underground asset management providers.

Driven by a passion for using technology to address complex challenges, Cori has significantly contributed to the field of underground asset management. Throughout her professional journey, she consistently demonstrated an exceptional ability to identify market gaps and develop innovative solutions.

In 2023, Cori secured the legacy of her business by closing a transaction with Next Story Enterprises,a private investment firm. The board includes Cori, Kurt Leedy (Miramar) and Aaron Perrine (Trilogy) in addition to Will Bressman. This alliance forms a dedicated team focused on providing groundbreaking advancements and new standards of excellence for the maintenance of water systems today.
