Josh grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and went to West Point becoming an infantry officer in the US Army. Heerved over 5 years in the Army, including a deployment to Kandahar, Afghanistan as an infantry platoon leader. After leaving the military, Josh went to Harvard Business School and decided he wanted to buy and lead one business for my career. Having spent over 19 months systematically searching for a unique business with an owner looking to retire, Josh came across Mercury after speaking with hundreds of business owners.
