Speaker Bio
Lori Harrington founded Diapente Capital in late 2020 through a funded search focused on industrial, infrastructure, and construction services. In January 2022, she became CEO of Anterra Technology, a software company that provides construction companies with financial performance management tools and workflows.

Drawing from her experience in construction, Lori was enthusiastic about the product and has worked tirelessly to transform a founder-centric company of fewer than ten people into a scalable organization.

Lori started her career as a process engineer for Chevron’s Gulf of Mexico operations in 2011. During her time at Chevron, Lori had the opportunity to work on several multi-billion-dollar projects in a diverse number of roles that allowed her to build strong skillsets in operations, project management, and construction. While at Chevron, she led several diversity recruiting initiatives that informed her intern philosophy while searching.

Lori is a Forte Fellow and 2020 graduate of HBS. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida where she graduated cum laude and was the President of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).
